Should not contain the account name or more than two consecutive characters from parts of the user's full name.

Should have at least nine characters.

Should have characters from three of these four categories below:

• Uppercase (A-Z)
• Lowercase (a-z)
• Base ten numerals (0 to 9)
• Special characters (For example: !, $, #, %)

Complexity requirements are imposed when passwords are changed or created.

Also remember: It isn't possible to use the last 15 passwords or repeat the same one every 60 days.
